Position Summary
You will manage a diverse book of commercial lines clients with a focus on construction and oil & gas accounts. This includes working closely with producers, underwriters, and team members to deliver best-in-class service and coverage strategies. Your role is critical in helping clients protect what they have built by anticipating needs, minimizing risk, and delivering thoughtful insurance solutions.

Requirements
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in commercial lines account management
Specific experience managing accounts in construction and/or oil & gas industries
Current P&C insurance license
Strong technical knowledge of commercial coverages, risk placement, and policy forms
Experience with agency management software and ability to adapt to a new system if applicable.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of account servicing: renewals, endorsements, certificates, audits, billing, and client correspondence
Serve as a key advisor to clients in construction and oil & gas, ensuring tailored risk solutions and compliance with industry requirements
Collaborate with producers to achieve client satisfaction and retention goals
Work with underwriters to negotiate and secure optimal coverage and pricing
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the agency management system
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture whether in-office or remote
