✔️ Property & Casualty License. Willingness to obtain Life & Health license.

✔️ Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales & entrepreneurship

✔️ Excellent communication & relationship-building skills

✔️ Previous sales, insurance, or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)

o Develop insurance expertise in Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines

o Generate new business through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts

o Build relationships and provide outstanding customer service

o Educate clients on coverage options and policy benefits

o Meet sales goals and key performance indicators
