Mon-Fri Schedule

• Active Property & Casualty license (required) and Life & Health license (or willingness to obtain within a set timeframe)
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (insurance background preferred but not required)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly

• Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Ability to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as within a team

• Proficiency with computer systems, CRM tools, and lead management platforms

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on industry trends, products, and regulations
