Compensation includes base salary plus a strong commission structure designed for producers serious about income growth.

What We're Looking For
A valid 2-20, 20-44, or 4-40 insurance license is required, or the demonstrated ability and commitment to obtain one quickly. We're looking for candidates with at least one year of personal lines insurance experience, though what matters most is that you've been in a producer or sales role long enough to know how to build relationships, have meaningful coverage conversations, and earn the trust of the families you work with.
Experience writing household accounts across home, auto, and related lines is a plus, as is familiarity with Florida's personal lines market and its unique carrier landscape. Applied Epic or similar agency management system experience is helpful, though not a dealbreaker for the right person.
Role Overview
As a Personal Lines Producer at Ricci Insurance Group, you'll build and grow a book of business by doing what good producers do best — developing relationships, understanding what families need, and delivering coverage solutions they can trust. This is a consultative, relationship-driven role with the support structure and carrier access to back you up.
What You'll Be Doing
Building Your Pipeline
Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, community involvement, and referral relationships. You own your pipeline, and you'll have the tools and support to grow it consistently.
Having the Right Conversations
Lead discovery conversations that go beyond surface-level quoting. Take the time to understand a family's full picture — their home, vehicles, valuables, and lifestyle — so you can design coverage that reflects their real needs, not just what they came in asking for.
Writing Household Accounts, Not One-Off Policies
Our approach is comprehensive by design. You'll be positioned to help families consolidate and protect their entire household under one trusted relationship, which is better for the client and better for your book.
Cultivating Referral Relationships
Develop trusted, long-term partnerships with professionals and community contacts who send their clients your way because they know you'll take care of them.
Owning the Sales Process
From first conversation to close, you'll manage the full cycle through strategy, proposal, and follow-through with the goal of building a quality book, not just hitting a number.
Presenting with Clarity and Confidence
Deliver tailored proposals that help clients understand their options and feel confident in their decisions. Your job isn't to sell; it's to advise well enough that the sale follows naturally.
Staying Sharp on the Market
Keep current on carrier appetite, coverage trends, and legislative changes in Florida's personal lines market so your guidance is always informed and your clients always feel like they're working with someone who knows the landscape.
