Demonstrated success in sales, business development, or client acquisition (insurance experience is a plus but not required).

Proactively build and manage a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through prospecting, developing referral partnerships, inbound leads, and targeted outreach
Educate and advise prospective clients on insurance options across personal and commercial lines.
Collaborate with dedicated support and service teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
Consistently meet and exceed sales goals, while maintaining professionalism and compliance standards.
Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
Contribute to a fast-paced, supportive, and high-performance team culture.
