As a Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will be the key liaison between our insurance carriers, our agency, and our clients. Your responsibilities include managing daily client interactions, handling policy endorsements, solving coverage issues, and overseeing the renewal process.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications preferred.
Must hold or obtain a 4-40 or 2-20 Insurance License (2-20 required for remote work).
Experience with Insurance Agency Management Software- Applied EPIC preferred
At least 1-2 years of insurance customer service or related experience.
Strong analytical, listening, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare insurance summaries, schedules, and proposals for account reviews.
Manage policy renewals, including re-marketing and creating renewal proposals.
Maintain and update client files in our agency management system.
Process and respond to incoming communications efficiently.
Identify and capitalize on cross-sell opportunities.
