-Previous Insurance experience- ideally 1+ years in sales
-Bonus: Familiarity with Applied Epic or similar agency management systems.
-Valid 2-20 or 4-40 insurance license (or ability to obtain one quickly).
As an Insurance Producer at Ricci Insurance Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients protect what matters most while driving new business growth for our agency. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively seek out and identify potential clients through various channels, including networking, community engagement, and referrals. Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to consistently exceed sales goals.
Fact-Finding and Needs Analysis: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to uncover their insurance needs, goals, and potential risks. Leverage your expertise to recommend tailored solutions from our portfolio of top carriers.
Building Referral Relationships: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with local professionals and community leaders to establish a steady flow of high-quality referrals.
Creating New Business Opportunities: Identify opportunities to offer comprehensive insurance solutions to individuals, families, and businesses. Take the lead in developing strategies to close deals and achieve new business objectives.
Providing Personalized Recommendations: Present customized insurance proposals to clients, clearly articulating the value and benefits of your recommendations. Ensure clients feel confident and well-informed about their choices.
Client Advocacy and Follow-Up: Serve as a trusted advisor for your clients, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the sales process. Consistently follow up to nurture relationships and retain business.
Utilizing Technology and Tools: Leverage cutting-edge tools and technology provided by Ricci Insurance Group to streamline processes, manage leads, and enhance the client experience.
Maintaining Knowledge of Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date on insurance market trends, carrier offerings, and legislative changes to provide the highest level of expertise and service.
