Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active 4-40 license to sell insurance in Florida. Experience: Prior experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred. Strong Sales Experience Preferred! Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients. Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated individual with a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct. Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. Local Presence: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tampa, Florida for this position.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Connect with clients to assess their insurance requirements and provide customized recommendations.In-Person Sales: Conduct face-to-face sales meetings with potential clients to promote insurance products.Premium Collection: Ensure timely collection of insurance premium payments and assist clients with billing inquiries.Policy Review: Conduct periodic reviews of client insurance policies to ensure adequate coverage.Sales Strategies: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and resolving issues.
