Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must have or be willing to obtain a valid insurance license in the state of Florida.

Experience: Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is advantageous.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and a cheerful phone manner.

Customer Service: Strong customer orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Motivation: A self-starter attitude with a driven approach to meet and exceed sales targets.

Technology: Basic proficiency with CRM systems and general computer literacy.

Responsibilities

Client Interaction: Engage potential clients, introduce them to our range of insurance products, and effectively communicate benefits.

Cold Calling: Initiate contact with prospective clients through calls to generate interest and set appointments.

Follow-up: Make regular follow-up calls to potential leads to nurture relationships and close sales.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our insurance offerings to confidently inform and advise clients.

Campaign Management: Participate in telemarketing campaigns designed to increase customer base and product awareness.

Reporting: Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales progress using our systems.
