We are hiring an Insurance Sales/Service Representative who is highly motivated, dependable, and eager to make a difference. This is a full-time, in-office role for someone who enjoys client interaction and the operational side of running an agency. You’ll assist customers with their insurance needs, help grow the agency through sales, and play a key role in keeping the office running smoothly.

• Hourly pay based on experience
• Commission opportunities after reaching team sales goals

• Earned vacation (1–2 weeks annually) and 10 paid sick days per year
• Work hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30-5:30, Friday 9-5, with a one-hour lunch break
