The Customer Service Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the insurance agency. The CSR is responsible for providing outstanding service to clients, maintaining client records, processing policy changes, and supporting producers/agents. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

• Must be a college graduate or equivalent experience
• Must be a Property and Casualty License or willing to acquire one.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and must be coachable.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
• Great Customer Service Skills.

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims.
• Process policy changes such as endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and renewals in a timely and accurate manner.
• Provide basic support during the claims process by helping customers understand claim procedures and referring them to the appropriate carrier or adjuster.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in the agency management system (AMS). Record all interactions and transactions.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients for renewals, outstanding documentation, and satisfaction surveys.
• Adhere to industry regulations and agency procedures to ensure compliance with state insurance laws and carrier guidelines.
