Requirements
  • Insurance license preferred but not required; willingness to obtain one is a must.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, such as auto and home insurance, is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate and timely information.
  • Assist clients with policy changes, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
  • Educate clients on insurance products and coverage options in an easy-to-understand manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records using our advanced agency management system.
  • Collaborate with insurance carriers to resolve client issues and gather necessary information.
  • Support agents and team members in various tasks, ensuring smooth teamwork.
  • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
