Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Requirements

Ability to successfully pass a background check

Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Property & Casualty Insurance License

Willingness to obtain an Oklahoma Life & Health Insurance License

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Self-driven with a professional, growth-oriented mindset

Comfortable working in a goal-focused, performance-driven environment

Interest in developing skills in sales, leadership, and overall business operations

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with clients and prospects by providing tailored insurance solutions

Generate new business through referrals, networking, and proactive prospecting

Quote and sell a range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial coverage

Support policy reviews and deliver strong customer service to retain and grow client relationships

Gain hands-on experience in the day-to-day operations and leadership of a high-performing insurance office

Work closely with an experienced agent for ongoing training and mentorship

Build a strong production track record and professional foundation for long-term career growth

Meet program performance milestones to advance through the Protégé Program and unlock future career opportunities within the Farmers network
