Requirements

Licensing: Active Arkansas Property & Casualty License is preferred Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with clients effectively. Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to accurately manage policy information and customer requests. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on contributing to a positive work environment. Insurance Knowledge: Basic understanding of insurance products and services.

Responsibilities

Client Support: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with insurance-related inquiries and concerns.

Policy Management: Handle policy changes, endorsements, and updates accurately and efficiently.

Claims Assistance: Guide customers through the claims process, offering support and assistance every step of the way.

Account Maintenance: Ensure client accounts are up-to-date and accurately reflect their insurance needs and coverage.

Customer Communications: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address their questions and concerns promptly.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and transactions.
