Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related field, preferably within the insurance industry.
Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills mandatory for effective collaboration with stakeholders at various levels.

Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as standard office software.
