Base salary of $30,000 to $40,000 based on experience. First year candidates generally earn $55,000 a year with commission and top performers in our agency make $70,000 with commission. Bonuses are rewarded based on success of the agency. Come be a part of something special in the heart of Ohio!

• 1-3 years Strong Customer Services skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting.
• Familiarity with insurance terms and processes is an advantage.

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person with a helpful and positive attitude.

• Assist policyholders with billing questions, policy changes, and claims reporting.
• Process policy endorsements, renewals, and new business applications accurately.
• Maintain customer records and ensure all information is up-to-date and organized.
• Support insurance agents with administrative tasks and client follow-up.
• Resolve complaints professionally.
• Build rapport with clients, creating a welcoming and supportive experience.
• Identify opportunities to educate customers about their policies and additional coverage options.

Sales:

• Recommend products/services based on customer needs
• Serve as the primary point of contact for policyholder inquiries, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
• Educate clients on their coverage and recommend appropriate policy adjustments as needed.
• Build strong relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and satisfaction.
• Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
• Responsible for driving some new business through internet lead sales targets.
• Establish goals for growth & development.
