This includes, a base salary, commissions, monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses. Our agents earn $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 + annually. We offer paid time off, fixed and flexible schedules.

We have a proven insurance sales training program to help you excel in our busy Chula Vista location. All you need is honesty and the will to succeed.

Job Requirements of an Allstate Licensed Insurance Advisor

• Confident self-starter who works well independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication/interpersonal skills
• Maintain a positive and self-motivated attitude
• Driven to fulfill customers' needs
• Must be willing to obtain insurance licenses; already possessing a license is a plus
• Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
