I am expanding and looking to hire a spanish speaking licensed OR non-licensed Customer Service Representative to join my team. I am currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position. My Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our exsisting clients and new prospective clients alike. Process policy change requests, maintain ongoing knowledge of our products, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and answer any questions the clients may have.

Insurance industry or office experience preferred. 

Salary Range: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Answer incoming phone calls on the first ring.

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Maintain client relationships with follow-up phone calls.
• Schedule appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers.
