Our office is looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding team as a Life Insurance Sales Specialist. We are currently seeking to fulfill a ful-time position. Our Life Insurance Sales Specialist MUST be Bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. MUST be willing to be licensed within required time given. Farmers Insurance Experience and fully licensed a Plus but not required. LISR agent will guide clients and recommend the best insurance package based on their financial capacity and purpose. Approach clients through a combination of methods, including mail, phone, presentation to groups at company-sponsored gatherings, schedule fact-finding appointments with clients to ascertain their particular needs and financial situations as well as determining the extent of present coverage and long-term goals and making recommendations accordingly.

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

• Execute high quality service calls with clients, understand and meet multiple performance metrics, and abide to insurance industry regulations
• Ability to comprehend and clearly articulate life insurance plans and product knowledge to prospective clients/callers
