We're seeking a driven and self-motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team. In this role, you'll advise clients on their personal and commercial insurance needs, provide quotes, and close new business.

Leads will be provided as well as training (training locally as well as with University of Farmers)

Salary Range: $24,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Minimum Required

• Active Property & Casualty insurance General Lines license (required)
• Minimum 2 years of insurance sales or Customer Service experience (preferred but not required)
• Strong communication, keyboard and consultative sales skills
• Strong Track Record of success (Be prepared to discuss your numbers: Calls a day and close ratio)
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use virtual tools (Zoom, CRMs, Email)
• Bilingual English / Spanish
• Life and Health Licenses with experience in Life Insurance sales a PLUS
• Complete the assessment as it is required prior to arranging an interview

We Provide Leads

• Make outbound calls on provided leads
• Sell Property & Casualty insurance policies to individuals and small businesses
• Take inbound calls as needed
• Follow up on agency provided leads via proprietary phone system
• Assess client needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations
• Quote and bind policies from multiple carriers using comparative rater tools and CRM systems
• Maintain compliance with state insurance regulations and company procedures
• Foster long-term client relationships through proactive communication
• Document all client interactions in CRM
