Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing automotive role.

Strong understanding of automotive systems and maintenance.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.

Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and general computer skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

A genuine passion for helping people and solving problems.

Greet customers warmly as they arrive at the service department, making them feel welcome.

Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle's service needs.

Clearly explain recommended services, repair options, and associated costs to customers.

Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow of the service bays.

Maintain open communication with customers throughout the service process, providing updates.

Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and addressing any questions or issues.

Collaborate effectively with the technician team to ensure efficient and quality repairs.
