Certification: ASE certification or equivalent experience in automotive technology is required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years working experience as an automotive technician, preferably in a dealership environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and repair vehicle issues.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve mechanical issues.

Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills for interaction with team members and customers.

Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy parts and working in various conditions for extended periods.

Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in repairs and maintenance tasks.

Schedule Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, when necessary.

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Diagnostic Work: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot vehicle problems accurately.

Repair Services: Execute repairs on engines, transmissions, and other mechanical components with high proficiency.

Customer Interaction: Clearly communicate with customers about vehicle issues, providing them with honest assessments and solutions.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all vehicles are safe and reliable before they are returned to customers.
