Certification: ASE certification is highly preferred and will be considered a strong asset.

Experience: At least 2 years of experience in automotive repair is required. Experience with a wide range of vehicles and models is advantageous.

Technical Skills: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle issues.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both team members and customers.

Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and solve complex mechanical issues efficiently.

Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure quality and safety in all repair work.

Physical Ability: Capable of performing physically demanding tasks and standing for extended periods.

License: A valid driver’s license is required.

Vehicle Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance and repair services on a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal functionality.

Diagnostic Testing: Conduct diagnostic tests and analyses to identify vehicle issues and troubleshoot them effectively.

Repair: Address both minor and major repairs, including engine repairs, brake replacements, and transmission work.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of safety and quality, following company protocols and industry regulations.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers, explaining technical issues in an understandable manner and providing professional recommendations.

Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining inventory records and ensure that tools and parts are available when needed.
