Salary Range: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 2 years in automotive service management or a similar role.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in automotive technology or management are a plus.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a diverse team effectively.

Customer Service: Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle different automotive issues efficiently.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of automotive systems and repair processes.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.

Technological Proficiency: Familiarity with automotive service software and tools for diagnostics and repair management.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in office with some extended hours, including weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the service department ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Lead and mentor a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient workplace.

Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.

Manage departmental performance metrics, including service sales, productivity, and customer feedback.

Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer retention within the service department.

Coordinate with parts department and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to keep the service department innovative and competitive.
