Certification: ASE Certification is highly encouraged or equivalent practical experience.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive repair or a related field.

Technical Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with proficiency in using repair software tools.

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift heavy parts and equipment, and stand for extended periods.

Customer Service: Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Reliability: Strong work ethic with a focus on punctuality and productivity.

Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with a team and contribute positively to the work environment.

Driving: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Repair Services: Carry out necessary repairs on vehicles, including engine, transmission, and electrical systems.

Quality Assurance: Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and vehicle specifications.

Documentation: Accurately record all services performed and parts used on each job ticket.

Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain diagnosis, required repairs, and available options.
