Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales is highly desirable, but not mandatory.

Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal communication abilities to engage and assist customers effectively.

Customer-Focused: A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and meeting client's needs.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate deals effectively and close sales successfully.

Problem Solving: Ability to understand customer requirements and provide solutions to meet their needs.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to serve customers at peak times.

Team Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve dealership goals.

License: A valid driver's license is required.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology, including dealership software systems.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Greet and assist customers, understanding their vehicle preferences and guiding them through the sales process.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest automotive models and trends to offer knowledgeable advice to customers.

Sales Process: Manage the entire sales process from initiating contact to closing the deal and ensuring all paperwork is accurately completed.

Follow-up: Contact clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and build ongoing relationships, encouraging repeat business.

Goal Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective sales techniques.

Collaboration: Work closely with the finance team to facilitate vehicle financing and insurance options.
