Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per hour

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service-oriented role in the automotive industry is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.

Organization: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of managing multiple customer appointments and tasks.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.

Customer Service: Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and friendly attitude.

Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze problems and offer practical solutions to clients.

Flexibility: Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic situations.

Responsibilities

Customer Interaction: Greet customers promptly and offer a positive, friendly first impression.

Service Recommendations: Assess vehicle issues and recommend appropriate maintenance or repair services to customers.

Estimate Preparation: Prepare accurate cost estimates for services and repairs, ensuring complete transparency with the client.

Service Coordination: Ensure timely and efficient service by coordinating with the service department and informing customers about repair status and timeframes.

Quality Assurance: Follow up with customers post-service to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.

Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about the latest advancements in automotive services and technologies.
