Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a related field.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Knowledge: An understanding of automotive features, specifications, and market trends.

Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn about new vehicle models and features.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to effectively close sales.

Licensing: Must have a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment to achieve common goals.

Motivated: Self-driven, with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.

Availability: Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed to accommodate customer schedules.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Develop a deep understanding of client needs through effective communication and personalized service.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest models and automotive features to provide accurate information to clients.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.

Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate with clients to secure a mutually satisfactory agreement.

Paperwork Management: Ensure all sales paperwork is completed accurately and processed in a timely manner.

Customer Service: Provide exceptional service before and after the sale to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to provide a seamless customer experience.
