Certification: Completion of a recognized automotive service training or certification program is preferred.

Experience: Previous experience as a lube technician or in a similar automotive service role is desirable.

Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.

Technical Skills: Familiarity with automotive diagnostic equipment and basic vehicle maintenance procedures.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately.

Safety Awareness: Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.

Reliability: Punctuality and the ability to work flexible hours including weekends, if needed.

Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and other vehicle lubrication tasks.

Ensure all services are completed in a timely manner to meet the shop's productivity standards.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the service area to provide a safe and efficient workspace.

Communicate effectively with the service team and customers about vehicle service requirements and recommendations.

Conduct vehicle inspections to identify any additional services or repairs needed and recommend them to customers.

Stay updated on the latest industry techniques and technologies to enhance service quality.

Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
