Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills are essential for successful interactions with clients.

Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with a genuine enthusiasm for helping clients find the perfect vehicle.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively to close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team environment to achieve collective goals and dealership success.

Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Goal-Driven: Motivated to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate customer schedules.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Initiate and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers, providing expert advice and guidance.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest vehicles in our inventory, including features, benefits, and pricing.

Sales Process: Lead clients through the purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

Test Drives: Coordinate and facilitate test drives, ensuring customers experience the features and benefits firsthand.

Follow-Up: Maintain follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.

Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and goals.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including finance and service, to optimize the customer experience.
