Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar field is highly valued.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills are a must.

Customer-Focused: Strong ability to understand and meet customer needs while providing exceptional service.

Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Motivation: Self-directed with a strong desire to succeed and exceed sales goals.

Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customer demands.

Licensing: Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to understand their automotive needs.

Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about the current inventory, features, and benefits of different vehicle models.

Sales Presentations: Provide detailed presentations and test drives to clients, highlighting the value and capabilities of the vehicles.

Negotiations: Facilitate negotiations between clients and the dealership to reach mutually satisfying agreements.

Documentation: Accurately prepare all necessary paperwork and documentation for completing vehicle sales transactions.

Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and providing post-sale follow-up.

Goal Achievement: Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets set by the management.
