Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in automotive sales or a related field is highly preferred.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service and foster long-term relationships.

Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with automotive software and tools is advantageous.

Availability: Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends to meet customer needs.

Team Orientation: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting and lifting team members.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Actively engage with prospective clients on the dealership floor to understand their automotive needs and preferences.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the vehicles available, including features, specifications, and pricing options.

Sales Process: Guide customers through the sales process, including test drives, financing options, and purchase negotiations.

Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Documentation: Ensure all paperwork is accurately completed for each vehicle sale, adhering to dealership and legal protocols.

Continuous Improvement: Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest automotive products and sales techniques.
