Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Requirements

Licensing: Must hold an active Washington State Property & Casualty License. (Life & Health License Required 3 months after hire)

Experience: Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service and support.

Remote Work Skills: Ability to stay productive and collaborative in a hybrid remote work environment.

Team Collaboration: Adept at working in team settings and building positive work relationships.

Tech Proficiency: Experience with CRM software and other digital communication tools.

Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Develop a deep understanding of client needs to provide personalized insurance guidance and services.

Inbound Communications: Manage and respond to inbound customer inquiries efficiently, addressing queries and resolving issues.

Policy Development: Collaborate with clients to design and recommend comprehensive insurance plans.

Portfolio Enhancement: Identify and recommend opportunities to expand client coverage through cross-selling insurance products.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain robust relationships with clients to enhance retention rates and satisfaction.

Continuous Improvement: Keep abreast of industry trends and product updates to ensure high-level service delivery.
