QuickBooks Online experience *required*

As our new administrative assistant, you will be handling bookkeeping (via QuickBooks Online) assisting our amazing clients with their billing, and assisting with various office duties.

You will be working 10-15 hours per week, but days/hours can be flexible between 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday.

Salary Range: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

• Recent QuickBooks Online *required*
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, Word and MS office in general

• Assist with billing 
• Data entry
• Misc office administrative work such as scanning, mailing etc.
