Salary Range: $14.00 - $17.50 per year

-Must be fully bilingual (fluent in English and Spanish)

-Must be able to reach out to customers effectively by telephone, texting and emails

-Experience with popular computer software such as Word and Excel

-Able to successfully complete all Farmers Companies licensing requirements (requires a valid U.S. driver license)

-Posses or the ability to obtain state licensing to market and service designated Farmers Insurance products and continue

to be licensed in good standing

-Goal oriented: highly motivated and resourceful to achieve results

-Help customers manage their insurance policies by taking payments, applying changes, resolving billing issues

-Apply problem solving abilities using common sense and analytical thinking to help customers resolve matters efficiently

-Organize and act on several activities at the same time

-Manage time efficiently and wisely in order to complete daily tasks

-Educate and help customers make decisions regarding their insurance coverages

-Track and complete policy maintenance tasks
