Compensation (Read This Carefully)
This is a performance-driven role.
Base salary exists, but it’s not why top performers are here
Average agents earn $60K–$70K
Strong agents earn $85K–$100K+
Top closers go beyond that
If you’re confident in your ability to produce, this is an opportunity to control your income.
If you’re not… the base won’t feel comfortable.
What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll spend 80%+ of your time on the phone.
