Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Proven experience in retail sales, insurance sales, or a related field
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Great organizational skills with proficiency to multi-task, follow-through and follow-up
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management
  • Ability to work individually as well as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Has reliable daily transportation to work
  • Active General Lines Property & Casualty Texas Insurance License required (with help to obtain within 30 days)

Responsibilities
  • Sell various types of insurance policies to individuals and businesses
  • Prospect and market through various sales channels to generate leads
  • Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and close sales
  • Develop and maintain client relationships through excellent customer service
  • Assess clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate coverage options
  • Explain insurance policies, terms, and conditions to clients
  • Customize insurance programs to suit individual clients' needs
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success every day
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to effectively advise clients and stay ahead of the competition
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance metrics set by the company
