RME Insurance in Lafayette, Indiana, is looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Full-Time Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative. If you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a proactive environment, this is the role for you. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support on Commercial accounts to help businesses protect their assets. You will help them ensure they have the coverage they need.
No prior experience in Commercial Lines? No problem!

Secure all Trailing Documents from customers.
Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
Return all phone messages promptly.
Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
Generating insurance quotes.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Claims follow up calls.
Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
Work independently and as part of a team.
Stay up-to-date on industry market trends and best practices.
Assess and identify the wants and needs of your customer(s) over the phone.
Participate in regular team meetings and brainstorming sessions.
Attend training and continuing education courses.
Handle customer renewals.
