Position: Full-time, base salary + uncapped commission
Training: 30 days of hands-on coaching + 30 days of growth support
What Youll Do
Work with warm and qualified leads
Sell, quote, and issue policies with professionalism and heart.
Communicate with clients via calls, texts, and emails.
Deliver a VIP customer experience every time.
Manage client requests and build long-term relationships.

You're Perfect for This If:

You're ready to build a career not just take a job.
Insurance license in Utah (Property, Casualty, or Life) is a huge plus but not required. Well help you get licensed!
Responsibilities

Closing deals with leads that are already warmed up by our amazing lead specialists (yep, no cold calling marathons here).
Selling, quoting, and issuing policies like a seasoned pro.
Communicating with clients through calls, texts, and emails.
Providing top-notch customer service that leaves people smiling.
Managing client requests and making sure every customer feels like a VIP.
