Location: Utah (No license yet? No sweat well help you get one!)

Role: Full-time, salaried + commission (you run your paycheck like a boss!)

Training: 30 days of hands-on learning + 30 days of growth then you're off and running!

What You'll Be Doing:

Closing deals with leads that are already warmed up by our amazing lead specialists (yep, no cold calling marathons here).

Selling, quoting, and issuing policies like a seasoned pro.

Communicating with clients through calls, texts, and emails.

Providing top-notch customer service that leaves people smiling.

Managing client requests and making sure every customer feels like a VIP.

You're Perfect for This If:

Youve got that natural sales spark (think charisma + confidence + heart).

You're organized, goal-driven, and love chasing down a win.

You're an excellent communicator both written and spoken.

You're tech-savvy and can handle a few tabs open at once without breaking a sweat.

You're ready to build a career not just take a job.

Insurance license in Utah (Property, Casualty, or Life) is a huge plus but not required. Well help you get licensed!
