ABOUT THE COMPANY: We are a highly successful multi-line insurance agency with office locations in all over Southern Nevada and the Vegas Valley.
PRIMARY TASKS: Customer service, Sales, Schedule Life Appointments, Client Retention, Policy Review, Payment Processing, Cross Sell, Quoting.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: Unique compensation program including competitive base salary, plus monthly commissions and bonuses, holiday and vacation pay.

HOURS OF OPERATIONS: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm
Salary Range: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be willing to obtain a Property and Casualty license
- Active Property and Casualty license perferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows Applications: Word, Excel and Outlook
- Possess strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
- MUST have reliable transportation and be able to pass a background investigation
Responsibilities
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
- Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
