Growing Farmers Insurance Agency has an opening for a full time Customer Sales & Service Representative to help our agency continue to grow. Training will be provided along with a compensation program that includes an hourly wage plus a bonus. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00AM – 5:30PM.

Our office is centrally located on Jones and Smoke Ranch.

Salary Range: $28,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity including financial products.
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
