Base hourly is $19 to $27 an hour based on experience. With commissions and bonuses on top.
Part-time for Afternoons and Saturdays
Salary Range: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour

Requirements
- Bilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
- Licensing: Active Illinois Property & Casualty License is required.
- Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills that engage and educate clients effectively.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for meeting and exceeding client expectations with a friendly demeanor.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and the ability to develop business through relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Engage with both English and Spanish-speaking clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized solutions.
- New Business Development: Identify and contact potential new clients to expand the agency's client base.
- Policy Advising: Advise clients on the best insurance policies suited to their unique needs and circumstances.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure satisfaction with the agency's services.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide accurate information and advice.
