• Residir en Guatemala.
• Ser completamente bilingüe en español e inglés (indispensable).
• Experiencia previa en ventas, call center, servicio al cliente o puestos similares (preferible pero no indispensable).
• Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita en español.
• Habilidades básicas en el uso de computadora (CRM, correo electrónico, herramientas de comunicación).
• Actitud positiva, proactividad y enfoque en resultados.
• Acceso a internet estable y un espacio adecuado para trabajar desde casa.

• Contactar y dar seguimiento a prospectos interesados a través de llamadas telefónicas, mensajes de texto y correos electrónicos.
• Calificar a los leads para determinar necesidades y agendar citas con nuestros asesores de ventas.
• Utilizar CRM para registrar todas las actividades y mantener actualizada la información de los prospectos.
• Brindar un servicio consultivo, amigable y profesional en cada interacción.
• Cumplir metas diarias, semanales y mensuales de contactos y citas generadas.
