Requirements

Experience: Prior experience in data entry or a similar administrative role is preferred.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word. Familiarity with data management systems is a plus.

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines efficiently.

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Self-Motivated: Capability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.

Problem Solving: Skilled in identifying and addressing data discrepancies swiftly and effectively.

Responsibilities

Data Entry: Accurately input and manage data related to various construction projects in our digital systems.

Data Verification: Review and verify the accuracy of data before and after entering it into databases.

Document Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical records, ensuring easy retrieval and secure storage.

Communication: Coordinate with team members via virtual platforms to ensure that data needs are being met and address any discrepancies.

Reporting: Generate and prepare regular reports from the data entered, highlighting essential insights for the management team.

System Updates: Assist in updating and maintaining database systems and software to facilitate efficient data entry processes.
