Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid-remote role for a Sales Producer based in Oklahoma. Sales Producers are responsible for selling insurance policies, managing client accounts, and delivering outstanding customer service. Duties include generating leads, meeting virtually and in-person with clients, explaining policy options, and assisting with claims when needed.

Producers visit the office occasionally for training and collaboration (approx. 2x/month).

Pay (W2) for Sales Producer:

  • Probation / Onboarding (90 days) = State Min Wage (hourly) + Commission (10%)

-Commission is based on personal lines premium sold from any leads self-generated

-$100 Bonus per life I&P

-1% additional commission increase per life I&P (5% cap)

  • Post-Probation = $30K Base Salary + Commission (10%) + Monthly Bonus’ (Based on performance) 

-$100 Bonus per life I&P

-1% additional commission increase per life I&P (5% cap)

-25% Quarterly bonus of earned commission (starting at 105K premium sold)

-50% Quarterly bonus of earned commission (starting at 150K premium sold) 

  • Post-one year - 5% earned renewal commissions monthly

***Any Agency Purchased Leads converted will be paid at a 5% commission***

Pay (1099) (6 month program for Future Agency Owner):

  • 30K Base + Commission (10%) + Bonus’ (Based on performance) 

-Commission is based on personal lines premium sold from any leads self-generated

-$100 Bonus per life

-1% additional commission increase per life I&P (5% cap) 

-25% Quarterly bonus of earned commission (starting at 105K premium sold) 

  • 10K Graduation Bonus after 150K Premium Sold within six-month program.

5K Graduation Bonus if less than 150K within six-month program

***Any Agency Purchased Leads converted will be paid at a 5% commission***

Example Scenario 1 (5 Average Households per month):

Premium Sold: $25,000

Life I&P:5

Pay = $4250 (month)

"$2500 (commission) + $500 ($100 per Life) + $1250 (5% increase commission)"

Example Scenario 2 (9 Average Households per month):

Premium Sold: $40,000 

Life I&P:7

Pay = $6700 (month) qualifies for ***$3000 Quarter Bonus (25%)***

"$4000 (commission) + $700 ($100 per Life) + $2000 (5% increase commission)

Example Scenario 3 (20 Average Households per month):

Premium Sold: $100,000

Life I&P:10

Pay = $16,000(Month) qualifies for ***$15,000 Quarter Bonus (50%)***

"$10,000 (commission) + $1000 ($100 per Life) + $5000 (5% increase commission)

***25% Quarterly Bonus is earned at 105K Premium Sold (QTR) - 25% of all earned commission***

***50% Quarterly Bonus is earned at 150K Premium Sold (QTR) - 50% of all earned commission***

Average Household Premium (1 House,2 Car, 2 Life): $5700

Home: $2500

Auto: $1800

Umbrella: $400

Life: $1000

Salary Range: $51,000.00 - $192,000.00 per year

Requirements
  • Insurance license (Property & Casualty) preferred.
  • Will provide licensing support for highly qualified candidates.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (AgencyZoom, Salesforce, Ricochet360) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, social media, and other marketing strategies.
  • Follow up on leads provided by the agency (note: agency-provided leads pay at a 5% commission rate).
  • Close self-generated leads (note: self-produced business pays at a 10% commission rate).
  • Educate prospective and existing clients about insurance options (auto, home, life, umbrella, etc.).
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries, assisting with claims, and offering policy reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Ricochet360, AgencyZoom, Salesforce).
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals to qualify for bonuses and career advancement opportunities.
  • Attend occasional in-office trainings and meetings (approximately 2x/month).
