• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with a strong sense of urgency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including professional phone etiquette.
• Coachable, resourceful, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to multi-task, follow through, and solve problems effectively.
• Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain, with training materials provided and paid for).

• Drive new business production through consistent prospecting, networking, lead follow-up, and outbound activity.
• Develop and present insurance quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales across multiple product lines.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners (real estate, mortgage, auto, etc.) and with clients through ongoing follow-up.
• Deliver strong customer service, handling policy changes, addressing questions, collecting payments, and ensuring accurate client information.
• Adhere to underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements while staying current on product updates and cross-sell opportunities.
