Beginning Base Salary plus Commissions and Performance Bonuses! A six-figure income within a short amount of time is what we want and expect from you!

Salary Range: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• High school diploma or equivalency REQUIRED.
• Indiana P&C and/or H&L License REQUIRED. Company will provide for other licensing as needed or required.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success as an Insurance Sales Producer is preferred.
• Experience working in an office environment, using a multiline phone system, and utilizing computer software. Proficient typing/data entry skills preferred.
• Experience with Agency Management Systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Show professionalism in all aspects of communication - verbal, written, or in-person.
• Maintain a positive working atmosphere and promote efficient communication.
• Demonstrates the highest level of technical and cognitive abilities to ensure accuracy and precision.
• Ability to independently prioritize and organize daily tasks and duties.
• A good, respectable attitude and a desire to achieve and succeed!

• Develop insurance quotes and advise customers on insurance policies based on their needs, goals, and lifestyles.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships to develop trust and to support customer retention and product loyalty.
• Follow up with customers promptly and answer any questions they may have.
• Continue to look for cross-selling and account rounding opportunities.
• In everyday operations, use computer systems and software platforms to quote and write policies, and to document customer interactions.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and follow established protocols.
• Work with office staff in a respectable and efficient manner!
