We’re seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative ready to take their career to the next level. This hybrid position offers flexibility, autonomy, and uncapped earning potential. Requirements
- Confident, extroverted, and highly coachable
- Positive attitude with a growth mindset
- Comfortable with numbers and basic computer tasks
- Sales, math, or college experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads and make outbound calls to assess client needs
- Build custom insurance quotes based on individual situations
- Follow up and close using a proven system and CRM tools
- Maintain accountability for personal and team sales goals
- Master product knowledge and continuously sharpen your skills
