We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Insurance Account Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing client relationships by providing exceptional service and expert advice on personal lines insurance products.

Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Monday - Friday (8:30am - 5pm) Work Schedule

Requirements
  • 4-40 insurance license is required to start.
  • Have at least 1 year of insurance experience.
  • Experience with Applied Epic, QuoteRUSH, and EZLynx is a plus.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain professional phone and office etiquette.
  • Showcase great time management skills.
  • Be a team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues.
Responsibilities
  • Update client information to ensure accurate records.
  • Issue insurance documentation, including Certificates of Insurance (COI) and ID cards.
  • Educate and advise clients on their insurance needs and coverage options.
  • Shop renewals to find the best coverage and rates for clients.
  • Assist clients with claims coverage questions and provide evidence of insurance.
